Some of the partners from UAE called for a meeting of EX Artificers at Ernakulam in the year 2001. Around 28 partners from in and around Ernakulam assembled. The idea of forming a welfare oriented association for Artificers came up during the meeting and a committee was formed to organise the same. Hence after detailed study and meetings the company was registered as welfare organisation with district registrar Ernakulam in May 2002.
